The Board of Directors of Tirupati Fincorp Limited ('Company') in its meeting held today on February 11, 2025 has inter alia approved the unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. The said Standalone Unaudited Financial Results, along with the Limited Review Report issued by M/s. JCR & Co LLP Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company are enclosed herewith.
